SEIKO Japanese coffee is prepared using freeze dried technology.
1. Coffee beans are roasted, ground and treated with hot water.
2. The drink is dried.
The freeze dried technology implies drying by sublimation in a vacuum. That is, the coffee extract is frozen and placed in a vacuum chamber, where the ice transforms into a gaseous state, bypassing the water stage.
This method allows the properties of the coffee extract to be better preserved.
