Pan Seared Halibut with Rosemary Tomatoes and White Beans

Wild Halibut lives on the deep ocean floor of untouched bays of Kamchatka. After swimming upright for the first six months of their life, they turn to one side and their eyes move to the sky. Their adaptability in nature corresponds to their flexibility in the kitchen. The firm, delicate texture and pure taste of wild Kamchatka halibut easily lend themselves to almost any seafood dish and cooking method that you can imagine.

Laostra company offers to get acquainted with one of the most delicious fish of the Far East
