Terpug baked with vegetables

    Like all marine fish, terpug is very good baked in the oven. There are few bones in it, and the meat itself is very tasty and juicy. It is often sold frozen, so before cooking it must be thawed and washed.


Terpug - 1 pc

Vegetables (tomato, red onion, zucchini, red, yellow and green peppers)

Lemon - 1/2 pcs

Garlic - 4 teeth.

Soy sauce - 3 tbsp. l

Black pepper (ground)

Preparation method:

1) Prepare vegetables - remove lemon with boiling water and cut into slices, peel garlic, cut into plates. Peel the red, yellow and green peppers from the seeds and cut into strips. Tomato - for slices, zucchini - for semicircles. Red onion with slices.

2) Wash the fish, peel from the scales, remove the gills and insides. Make some incisions, pour some soy sauce into each incision and into the abdomen of the fish. In each incision in a slice of lemon and a plate of garlic. Finely paint the remaining garlic.

3) Put the fish in a mould, put vegetables next to it, sprinkle with garlic and black ground pepper, pour copious vegetables and fish with soy sauce.

Bake at 200S 30 minutes.
